Panela-Ancient Cane sugar is a great way to sweeten your coffee and tea as well as to just add to hot water as its own drink with lemon. I first tried it a couple years ago and was happy to find I did not need to put milk in my coffee anymore because the panela gives even the darkest roast a lite sweet flavor.
