SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY by DALUSO LLC.

1. General Information
Our company delivers packaged food products able to be shipping through mail for deliveries to the home and/or businesses of buyers.

If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the Continental U.S.

3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery day will be provided to you once your order is placed, and it will be established by the United States Postal Services (USPS) application embedded in our website(s), which is the method that supports our shipping and delivery services. Delivery days are estimates given by the USPS application and it will commence from the date of shipping, which it will usually be on the date that the order is received if is placed by the buyer before 2:00 p.m. ET. Otherwise it will be shipped the next working day. Delivery times will be in accordance of the USPS hours of service.

Please note that we do not ship on Sundays. Orders received on Sunday will be processed for shipping on the next working day.
Date of delivery is subject to USPS shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page at the order notes field located at the end.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping options and charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, take a picture to the package contact us and send picture immediately at info@dalusollc.com
